The 2024 F1 season is soon coming to an end as the sport arrives at Lusail for the Qatar GP. This is the second race in the last triple-header consisting of Las Vegas and Abu Dhabi. Max Verstappen won last year's edition of the race, with Oscar Piastri finishing second while Lando Norris came third.
The biggest highlight at the 2024 F1 Las Vegas GP was Verstappen clinching his fourth consecutive drivers' world championship. Even though the Dutchman started from P5 and finished in the same position, he was able to outscore his title rival, Lando Norris. This allowed him to wrap up the championship with two races to go.
On the other hand, the same cannot be said for his team, as Red Bull are currently third in the constructors' championship and are chasing table leaders McLaren and and second-placed Ferrari. Lando Norris' team drastically closed the gap to the defending world champions and overtook them with the help of both their drivers.
