F1 will commence its "flyaway" races for the remainder of the 2024 season at this weekend's Singapore GP. The event hosted the sport's first night race in 2008 and has been a popular fixture for teams and fans alike, with the spectacle of cars under the city's night sky.
The sport is currently experiencing one of the most competitive seasons in some time, as four teams and eight drivers are in contention for race wins nearly every weekend.
Heading into the last of the three "Asia" races, Red Bull have lost their lead to McLaren in the constructor's championship. It is the first time since the opening race of the 2014 season that the Woking-based outfit has led the field, with seven races and three sprints remaining this year.
