5 big-name golfers who failed to make the cut at the 2024 ISPS Handa Australian Open (women’s) ft. Emma Ash

The 2024 ISPS Handa Australian Open (women) started with its first round on Thursday, November 28, and after two rounds, Hyojin Yang took the lead in the game. The amateur golfer has been playing extremely well at this week's event. She shot 65 in the first round at The Victoria Golf Club, and 71 in the second at Kingston Heath. After her incredible two rounds, she has secured the top spot on the leaderboard at 9-under.

Meanwhile, Jiyai Shin is tied for second with Justin Boscio. Hannah Green and Danielle Kang have also been playing at the event and secured fourth and T18 places respectively after two rounds.

While some top-ranked golfers made the cut and will tee off for the weekend rounds, some players such as the likes of Casey Wild and Emma Ash struggled with their game and missed the cut.
