Adrian Meronk, who registered four professional wins on the DP World Tour, made headlines when he signed with LIV Golf ahead of the 2024 season. In a recent interview, Meronk detailed he joined the PIF-backed tour because playing on the PGA Tour meant he would be lonely in America, and LIV Golf had fewer events.

In another interview since then, the professional golfer from Poland has called for cooperation between the tours. Ahead of this week's DP World Tour Championship, Meronk suggested it wouldn't hurt if the PGA Tour went its own way while other tours came together.

Adrian Meronk said:

“I would love to see some sort of cooperation between the tours,” Meronk said. “All the fines and not having proper World Rankings makes no sense. I don’t even look at the rankings anymore."
