Andrew McCutchen's wife Maria shares a close bond with popstar Taylor Swift. On the occasion of Swift's 35th birthday on Friday, Maria shared a throwback post to the time when she along with Meghan Swope had a "fun night" with the popstar.

In June 2015, Swift, who was on her World Tour, made a stop in Pittsburgh where she was joined by Mrs. McCutchen and Swope at Heinz Field. The trio hanged out, with McCutchen even posting the moment on X.
