LA Lakers star LeBron James and Golden State Warriors guard Steph Curry seemingly revived NBA viewership on Christmas Day. The game between the Lakers and Warriors on Wednesday peaked with over eight million viewers and averaged over seven million.
One main reason for the holiday game's increased views was that it featured two of the best players in the league. While James and Curry are in the twilight of their careers, fans still pay attention to them because they have not shown signs of slowing down.
The Lakers star had 31 points and 10 assists, while the Warriors's franchise superstar didn't back down. Curry had 38 points and eight assists while shooting 53.3 percent from deep.
