Kansas City Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco made a Chiefs teenage fan's day, who is battling a rare cancer. Matthew was invited for what he believed was a routine tour today. However, he was treated to a surprise more than he could have imagined.
As the fan was taking a tour of the Chiefs' home field, Isiah walked out to greet him. The young fan received autographed Chiefs merchandise and a pair of tickets to the upcoming game against the Houston Texans.
The Chiefs' official Instagram account posted a few glimpses of the heartwarming meetup.
