Former NHL player Paul Bissonnette has shared new details about his altercation with a group of men in Phoenix, Arizona last month.
According to Bissonnette, the trouble began at Houston’s restaurant when a group of men harassed the staff. Bissonnette reportedly stepped in to support the employees, leading to an altercation. The situation escalated, and the group followed him outside near a CVS dumpster before surrounding and attacking him.
Bissonnette managed to defend himself briefly but was overpowered. He escaped to safety inside the CVS. Police later arrested the suspects, who Bissonnette linked to an Irish scam gang. He identified several individuals, including John and William Carroll, Danny Bradley, Sean Daly, and Henry Mesker.
