The strained relationship between Dennis Rodman and his daughter Trinity Rodman is no secret to the NBA community. However, the basketball legend's girlfriend, musician Yella Yella, assured a fan that she and Rodman tried to mend the relationship.
Trinity talked about her relationship with her father on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast on Wednesday. The Washington Spirit forward said that her father had been absent from her life for long stretches of time. She talked about her feelings about seeing her father attend her game three years ago and said that he went silent after that.
Trinity's interview gained a lot of attention among fans, with many showing her sympathy and criticizing the former Bulls and Pistons legend. However, in his response, Dennis issued a public apology with hopes of fixing his mistakes.
