Ex-Phillies GM floats ambitious Mike Trout, Logan O'Hoppe to Philadelphia trade idea - Source: Imagn
The Philadelphia Phillies are yet to come party this offseason. Other big market teams like the LA Dodgers, New York Yankees, New York Mets, Boston Red Sox and Toronto Blue Jays have either made a big splash or are about to. However, the Phillies' cards remain close to their chest and are yet to make a headline-grabbing move.
One rumor circulating widely is that the franchise is looking to trade third baseman Alec Bohm this offseason. The Phillies are reportedly interested in acquiring third baseman Alex Bregman, who's a free agent this offseason. If they are successful in landing the two-time World Series champion, they might use Bohm as a trade chip.
In Friday's edition of "The Phillies Show", former Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr. floated a potential trade idea involving Bohm, and the Angels' Mike Trout and Logan O'Hoppe.
