Rui Hachimura was one of the names listed in the LA Lakers' injury report ahead of their Saturday afternoon game against the Sacramento Kings. The Purple and Gold put on an impressive defensive display at Golden 1 Center on Thursday night against De'Aaron Fox and co. to win 113-100.
The good news for LA is that their forward is listed available after being listed as probable with a left tibial contusion. Joining him as available is Anthony Davis (left plantar fasciitis). LeBron James also joins the squad after being on IR list as questionable with left foot soreness. Jaxson Hayes (right ankle sprain), Jarred Vanderbilt, and Christian Wood (surgery recovery) continue to be sidelined.
Rui Hachimura's rebounding and three-point shooting (wobbly of late) are still ones that give LA the much-needed impact on both ends of the floor. With their depth taking a hit, the forward's presence will be key in JJ Redick's rotation.
