Cristiano Ronaldo's former teammate at Juventus, Kaio Jorge, has revealed the advice the superstar gave him during their brief time together at the Serie A giants. Jorge joined the Turin-based side in the 2021, the same year the five-time Ballon d'Or winner left to rejoin Manchester United, for a reported €7 million from Santos.
Jorge played only 125 minutes across 11 appearances for The Old Lady before joining Cruzeiro Esporte Clube this summer for a reported €7.2 million. Speaking about his time with the Italian giants, he remembered the advice the legendary forward gave him, saying via Flash Score:
"I've been so lucky. And I learned a lot from him, even though we were together less than two months. He was very friendly and helpful with me. I will never forget what he told me one day in the gym: 'It is from preparation that opportunities arise.' It's a phrase I've been carrying with me ever since."
