Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas' ex-wife Laura Govan had sage advice for their daughter, Hamiley, while wishing her on her 16th birthday on Monday, December 9. Govan took to Instagram to share a throwback video of a little Hamiley dancing and coupled it with a heartfelt birthday message.

Hamiley Arenas is Gilbert Arenas and Laura Govan's third child and second daughter. Similar to her dad and siblings, Hamiley is a talented hooper and plays high school ball for Notre Dame Sherman Oaks. She recently recorded a 30-point performance coupled with six rebounds against Ventura, gaining her 'Best Freshman in the Country' claims on social media.
