NFL fans are in for a treat on Christmas Day, as the league has scheduled two heavyweight bouts for everyone to savor. The festivities will kick off with the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers at Acrisure Stadium before Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens battle the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium.
These will be only the third and fourth NFL games to be played on a Wednesday in the Super Bowl era.
While fans are ecstatic about having two games to watch on Christmas Day, the players aren't as thrilled. When asked on Monday whether he enjoyed playing on Christmas, Jackson, who'll play on the holiday for the second season running, gave a diplomatic answer but made it clear that he wasn't keen on doing it every year.
