Lecce will host Lazio in Serie A
Lecce will invite Lazio to Stadio Via del Mare in Serie A on Saturday. The hosts have four wins in 16 games and are in 14th place in the league table. The capital club have fared much better and are in fifth place with 31 points.
The Salentini have suffered one loss in their last five league games. They suffered a 4-1 away loss to Roma earlier this month and bounced back with a 2-1 home win over Monza last week. Tete Morente broke the deadlock in the third minute but Patrick Dorgu's own goal helped Monza level the scores in the 37th minute.
Nikola Krstović missed from the penalty spot in the 14th minute but redeemed himself with a 44th-minute equalizer. Both teams had a penalty overturned by VAR in the second half.
