Liverpool identify PL midfielder as top target
Liverpool have reportedly identified Premier League midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White as a key target in 2025. As claimed by Football Insider (via Empire of the Kop), the Reds admire the Nottingham Forest star.
The report claims that the Merseyside giants want to sign the former Wolverhampton Wanderers over the next two transfer windows this year. They are believed to be keen on a number 10 with excellent linkup play and the ability to find the back of the net.
Meanwhile, Gibbs-White has been a key player for the Nottinghamshire-based club since his them-club record £25 million move in 2022. He has made 95 appearances for the club so far having contributed with 14 goals and 21 assists. The 24-year-old came through Wolverhampton Wanderers' youth ranks and played 88 games for them before leaving in 2022. He also had impressive loan spells with Swansea City and Sheffield United from Wolves.
