According to a recent report by Football Insider, Liverpool are interested in signing Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest. The potential deal could be tied to Arne Slot's quest to bolster the attacking side of the midfield.
The report also claims that Gibbs-White was identified by the Reds scouting team and he's a target in the current winter transfer window.
The Englishman has proven to be a vital attacking midfielder since joining Nottingham Forest from Wolves for a reported €29.50 million fee in August 2022. Gibbs-White has had a decent outing this season, having scored three goals and registered as many assists in 15 appearances.
Gibbs-White is a midfielder who could feature in distinct attacking positions aside from his preferred attacking midfield role. Thus, his versatility and flexibility could enhance Liverpool's attacking prowess if signed.
