Logan Webb opens up about Blake Snell signing $182,000,000 contract with "arch-enemy" Los Angeles Dodgers
Blake Snell will replace his San Francisco Giants jersey with the LA Dodgers' in 2025, adding his name to a rare list of players who played for both clubs in back-to-back years.
Snell, who signed a two-year, $62 million contract with the Giants, opted out after the first year (2024 season), where he went 5–3 with a 3.12 ERA in 20 starts. His impressive season convinced him to test free agency again, and he got the contract he wanted, as the southpaw signed a five-year, $182 million deal last month.
Talking about his former starting rotation friend, Giants ace Logan Webb shared his feelings about the contract on Monday's episode of JM Baseball with Chris Rose.
