Liverpool boss Arne Slot and Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim
Ruben Amorim's Manchester United have joined Liverpool in the race to sign Fulham left-back Antonee Robinson in the January transfer window, as per GiveMeSport. The Red Devils are seeking a long-term replacement for Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia, who have suffered from injury issues for a long time.
Antonee Robinson is Everton's academy product but left the Merseyside club in 2019 to join Wigan Athletic. After only a year at Wigan, the American defender joined Fulham in August 2020. Robinson has played 170 matches for the Cottagers, bagging three goals and 19 assists across all competitions.
The 27-year-old has been in stellar form for Marco Silva's side this season. In 19 Premier League appearances, the American defender has provided seven assists, primarily as a left-wing back. Antonee Robinson took the captain's armband for the Cottagers while Tom Cairney was suspended earlier this season.
