Premier League giants Manchester United have reportedly agreed to let Dutch centre-forward Joshua Zirkzee leave on loan in the January transfer window. The Schiedam-born striker was signed by the Red Devils in the summer of 2024 from Bologna for a reported transfer fee of €42.50 million.

However, the 23-year-old has been underwhelming for Ruben Amorim's side, registering just four goals and two assists in 26 appearances across competitions. In the Premier League, he has scored just three goals and a solitary assist in 18 appearances. Furthermore, the Dutch youngster has maintained a passing accuracy of just 76 percent in the league and has missed four big chances so far.

According to a report by Tuttosport (quoted by @centredevils on X), Manchester United have agreed to loan out Zirkzee in the January transfer window. The Dutchman's contract with the Red Devils doesn't run out until 2029 and a loan move might help him gain game time and confidence before returning to Old Trafford.
