Manchester United retain interest in signing 22-year-old full-back in January despite failing to secure deal for him in the past: Reports

Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Miguel Gutierrez in the January transfer window. They tried to sign him last year as well but failed in their pursuit.

The Red Devils have two main left-backs in the squad - Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia - but both have had to deal with numerous injuries. While Malacia returned to injury after 18 months this season, Shaw is out injured again. Hence, Manchester United are looking to sign a reliable left-back.

As per Mundo Deportivo (via Madrid Universal), they are targeting a potential move for Miguel Gutierrez. They made an offer for him last summer as well but failed to strike a deal with Girona.
