Mike Vrabel began his NFL coaching career in 2018. After retiring from the NFL after the 2010 season, Vrabel landed a job with the Tennessee Titans, where he coached for six seasons.
In his tenure, Vrabel led the Titans to three straight playoff appearances from 2019 to 2021 while compiling a 54-45 record in six seasons. He was let go after the 2023 season after the Titans finished last in the AFC South record with a 6-11 record.
Vrabel was unable to land a coaching gig this past season and spent the last season with the Cleveland Browns as a coaching and personnel consultant.
However, Vrabel is interested in coaching in the NFL, per Boston Connor of "The Pat McAfee Show." Connor said that Vrabel is "very interested" in becoming the coach of the New England Patriots. Connor said:
