Nelly Korda and other LPGA Tour players reflected on the qualities they are expecting from the next commissioner of the circuit. Following the season-ending CME Tour Group Championship, the LPGA Tour players are finally back on the green this week to play in a mixed-field event featuring LPGA Tour and PGA Tour players, the Grant Thornton Invitational.
Korda will also tee off this week, and as she prepares to play, the World No. 1 was asked about the qualities she has been expecting from the next LPGA Tour commissioner. Korda said, via Golf Week:
"I would have to think about it. Obviously, someone that has had a lot of experience in this field. And someone that knows how to talk to people the right way to get attention and more investment into the game of golf."
