Caleb Williams is staring down the barrel of completing his first losing season in the NFL. However, it will be far from the first losing season for the Chicago Bears in recent years. While the final record resembles many over the last several years, there was a pocket in time when the franchise looked like an interesting contender in the NFC.

But as soon as the moment arrived, it vanished. Some pointed toward the rookie quarterback, others pointed at the roster letting him down, but analyst Domonique Foxworth believes it was the fault of the entire group. At least, that is what his December 24 comments on "Get Up" appeared to suggest.

"Thomas Brown, who is the head coach of the Chicago Bears, his stock was up," Foxworth said on Tuesday's edition of Get Up. "It was crazy high. He seemed to be able to figure out how to fix Caleb Williams. And then, inexplicably, the management decided to move him up to head coach." (07:32).
