After a left-hand injury during the New Orleans Saints' 14-11 win over the New York Giants, Saints QB Derek Carr’s season hangs in the balance.
To add to the woes, the injury also includes a potential concussion. Therefore, it casts doubt on Carr’s availability for Week 15's game against the Washington Commanders.
NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport has now weighed in on the NFL QB's injury on "Good Morning Football" on Monday. According to him and his colleague Tom Pelissero, there’s a major fear that Carr’s injury could be a fracture.
"If this is confirmed by tests, he's going to have more evaluations today," said Rapoport. "Generally, with a fracture, you know as soon as it happens that it would likely take the starting quarterback off the field for the rest of the season."
