NFL insider raises questions as referees stop short of tossing Seahawks’ DK Metcalf for headbutting Bears CB Tyrique Stevenson

In the second quarter of Thursday night's primetime showdown, Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf got into an altercation with the Bears cornerback Tyrique Stevenson. The two began shoving each other and then Metcalf took it even further when he head-butted Stevenson.

Metcalf's actions had many surprised that he wasn't ejected from the game. One of those was NFL Insider Albert Breer who expressed his thoughts on X.

"I'm a little surprised that didn't get DK Metcalf tossed," Breer wrote on X.
