Chelsea fans have called out Christopher Nkunku following their 2-1 Premier League loss to Fulham on Thursday, December 26. Nkunku was a second-half substitute and failed to enhance the Blues’ attack as they conceded two late goals.
Cole Palmer opened the scoring for Chelsea in the 16th minute following a pass from Levi Colwill. In the 82nd minute, Harry Wilson equalized for Fulham after receiving a brilliant cross from Timothy Castagne.
Rodrigo Muniz gave Fulham the lead in added time (90+5’) after being set up by Sasa Lukic. Muniz's dying-minute goal secured all three points for his side as the game ended 2-1 in favor of Fulham.
In 17 minutes on the pitch, Nkunku had a passing accuracy of 60% (3/5). He registered one shot on target and lost possession of the ball three times (via Sofascore).
