Ruben Amorim's side are on just 22 points from 19 Premier League games this season.
Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has reportedly been dealt a huge blow as the Red Devils have no budget to bolster their squad this month.
Earlier this summer, the Old Trafford team splashed over £200 million to add five new players to their ranks. They signed Matthijs de Ligt, Noussair Mazraoui, Manuel Ugarte, Joshua Zirkzee, and Leny Yoro under former manager Erik ten Hag.
Now, according to Manchester Evening News, Amorim will have no option than to facilitate a host of outgoings to raise funds in the winter transfer window. Manchester United's hierarchy are willing to make moves only after selling stars.
