The NBA community came together on Sunday as they celebrated Chris Paul's historic feat. He surpassed Jason Kidd as the second-highest assist provider of all time during the San Antonio Spurs' fixture against the New Orleans Pelicans. The 12x NBA All-Star was congratulated for this monumental achievement by plenty of stars including Steph Curry and 15x All-Stars.
Chris Paul received flowers from the entire league for his achievement as stars took to Instagram to hail his 'Point God' status. Stephen Curry re-posted a graphic first shared by Paul on his Instagram, captioning the story:
"Point Gawd!!! Congrats bro."
Two-time NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander also posted a graphic from the Spurs Instagram account commemorating CP3.
"Point God," he titled the story with his fingers crossed.
