Steph Curry and Draymond Green made their feeling known on the Golden State Warriors' recent decision to trade for two-way guard Dennis Schroder. In the deal, the Warriors acquired the veteran point guard while sending De’Anthony Melton, Reece Beekman and three unprotected second-round draft picks to the Brooklyn Nets.
Following the Warriors' 143-133 loss to the Dallas Mavericks in a high-scoring showdown at the Chase Center on Sunday, franchise superstar Steph Curry shared his perspective on the front office's move to bring Schroder into the roster.
"Excited to see him plug in. Guy I could probably play with in the backcourt," Curry told reporters. "Can handle a lot of ballhandling responsibilities when I'm off the court and gives us another guy who can attack a defense. ... Should be a seamless transition."
