Steph Curry's ex-teammate, Matt Barnes, recently talked about comedian Andrew Schulz's beef with rapper Kendrick Lamar. The rapper recently dropped a new song titled "wacced out murals". Barnes pointed out one particular bar in the song that might've triggered Schulz. The bar reads:
"Don't let no white comedian talk about no black woman, that's law"
Matt Barnes then noted that Gary Owens, a white comedian, tackled the topic for a time until it fell off. But then Barnes thought that Andrew Schulz, another white comedian, seized the opportunity and took advantage of Kendrick Lamar's bars to help him grow his audience.
"Andrew Schulz is kind of taking this opportunity to grow his fandom and his following, and to me, clout chase," Barnes said. "Since the song has dropped, he's been the loudest person in this mix outside of Drake's allegations to the record companies and the streaming companies."
