Journalist Richard Keys is of the opinion that Liverpool should sell Trent Alexander-Arnold in January amid interest from Real Madrid. The England international is in the final year of his contract at Anfield, which comes to an end in the summer of 2025.

Should the Reds fail to negotiate a new deal with the right-back, he could walk away for free next summer. To secure a transfer sum for their talented defender, the Merseysiders must ensure that they let go of the player in the ongoing transfer window.
