The legal saga surrounding Rashee Rice's mother has reached a surprising conclusion. Marsha Kearney's misdemeanor theft case in Tarrant County, Texas, has been dismissed, offering a fresh start for the Rice family amid the Chiefs' intense playoff season.
Court documents obtained by TMZ Sports claimed the complete resolution of the September package theft allegations.
To clear her name, Kearney completed several critical conditions. She finished a theft intervention program, performed 24 hours of community service and paid $125 in restitution. Court officials confirmed the case is now fully disposed of.
The case stemmed from a Sept. 29 incident where Kearney was captured on a neighbor's doorbell camera allegedly stealing Chappell Roan records from a porch.
