Osasuna visit the Canary Islands on Saturday to face Tenerife in the round of 32 of the 2024-25 Copa Del Rey season, marking their first game of 2025. Los Rojillos began their campaign with a 5-0 thrashing of sixth-tier Chiclana, bagging all their goals within a gap of 27 minutes in the second half before a sensational 3-2 win over Ceuta.
Vicente Moreno's side fell 2-0 behind in the match with about 20 minutes of normal time remaining on the clock. Ante Budimir and Raul Garcia struck apiece in the 84th and 87th minutes to bring Osasuna level, before Carlos Redruello struck the winner in the third minute of stoppage time.
Coming into the fixture on the back of a 2-1 defeat to Athletic Bilbao in La Liga, the Pamplona outfit are looking to pick themselves up and start the new calendar year with a bang.
