“They are not limited to signing one great player” – Juan Soto’s agent Scott Boras comments on Mets’ plan after signing ex-Yankees star

The New York Mets and Juan Soto agreed to a record 15-year, $765 million contract on Sunday. Soto’s agent Scott Boras believes it will cause some changes in the club's future strategy.

On Wednesday, while speaking to SportsNet New York (SNY) Boras gave his views on the Mets signing his client Soto.

"I think it was pretty evident and the (New York) Mets have decided that they are going to pursue winning and winning for a long time," Boras said. "They had made it very clear to us that they are not limited to signing one great player (Juan Soto) but multiple great players.
