Pundit Alan Shearer has predicted the winner of the upcoming Premier League clash between Wolverhampton Wanderers and Manchester United. The two sides are set to face off at the Molineux on Boxing Day (December 26), with the aim of taking all three points.
It will not be an easy task for either side. The hosts are coming off an impressive 3-0 win over Leicester City, breaking their concerning run of four games without a win. They currently sit in the relegation zone and will need a win against their visitors to leave the red, if results elsewhere go in their favor.
For the Red Devils, the situation is only a little better. While they were recently dealt a blow in their 3-0 defeat to Bournemouth, they notably beat Premier League champions Manchester City 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium. They currently sit in 13th place, looking to rise into the top half of the table as the year runs out.
