Back in August, FS1's Nick Wright threw arguably the most bold prediction out there. On an episode of First Things First, Wright declared:
“I am picking the Chicago Bears and Caleb Williams to win the NFC and to be a rookie quarterback representative in the Super Bowl.”
Cut to the end of December, and the Chicago Bears just lost their 10th consecutive game of the season in a stale 6-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in the league's last Thursday Night Football game of the season. They don't have a permanent head coach or a set plan for the future and are projected to have another top-10 pick in the NFL Draft for the second year running.
