Popular Dutch DJ Martin Garrix has criticized Red Bull for bidding Daniel Ricciardo a proper farewell after the Australian was sacked by them from the RB team. He expressed his displeasure on his Instagram stories.
The official announcement of Ricciardo's departure from the team arrived on September 26. After the announcement, he thanked everyone he has worked with in F1 with a touching message shared on his own social media accounts.
However, many fans were disappointed in Red Bull for not making his departure a more grand event. Ricciardo raced in the Singapore GP and left the paddock for good after a few applause and hugs from team members and other drivers on the grid.
