Tom Brady was the best on the field in the NFL. Since he left the league, the 'GOAT' has focused mostly on his kids and his business ventures, especially his TB12 program. The program has always been a part of Brady’s retirement plan, which has been widely accepted by multiple athletes. It consists of tips and techniques Brady has learned and successfully applied in his life.
The book, released in 2017, gives fans an insight into Brady’s strict lifestyle, among which is the importance of staying hydrated.
“I always hydrate afterward, too, to keep my skin from peeling.”
