Real Madrid superstar Vinicius Jr. will reportedly demand to be paid equal to Kylian Mbappe in the next round of contract renewal talks with the management. The Brazilian's current contract with Los Blancos runs until June 2027 but the club is keen on discussing a renewal in the upcoming summer transfer window.
Vinicius Jr. is considered one of the biggest stars and most valued players in the Real Madrid squad. In 285 appearances for Los Merengues, Vini Jr. has contributed 97 goals and 83 assists. According to Capology, the Brazil superstar earns around €20.8 million per year in his current contract.
Meanwhile, Kylian Mbappe, who signed for Real Madrid from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) as a free agent in the summer of 2024, is reportedly the highest-paid player in the squad. The Frenchman earns a reported €31 million per year as per Capology.
