Dating back to the summer, the Golden State Warriors have been linked to numerous star players. As trade season gets ready to kick off in the NBA, one insider mentioned two more stars the front office could be targeting.
With Steph Curry still playing at a high level, Golden State is trying to remain competitive. They've loaded the roster with depth, but have failed to find a promising running mate for the two-time MVP.
While on ESPN's Get Up Wednesday morning, Brian Windhorst gave his latest regarding Golden State. He mentioned Jimmy Butler and LeBron James as two players who could be on their radar.
"The Warriors have been really active trying to look for a star player," Windhorst said. "They kicked the tires on a couple other stars over the summer."
