Leading up to trade season in the NBA, the Golden State Warriors are a team at the center of numerous rumors. Along with being tied to a handful of star-level players, there are also some high-quality role players on their radar.
On Tuesday morning, Shams Charania put out a column of all his latest intel from around the league. When it came to Golden State, veteran guard Dennis Schroder was cited as a possible depth piece to add around Steph Curry.
"The Nets have received trade interest and opened exploratory conversations around forwards Cam Johnson and Dorian Finney-Smith and guard Dennis Schroder, sources said."
"The Warriors are among the teams that have expressed interest in those three players, sources said. The 31-year-old Schroder is having a standout season on a $13 million salary, averaging 18.6 points and 6.5 assists.”
