Carlos Sainz had the worst possible start to his Singapore Grand Prix race weekend after the Ferrari driver crashed at the final corner of the Marina Bay Circuit. Sainz's crash in Q3 means that the Spanish driver will start his race from P10.
The Prancing Horse star let Oscar Piastri, who was on a flying lap pass him and was gearing up for his flying lap. However, he snapped, lost control of his SF-24, and hit the Techpro barrier. Following Sainz's crash, the session was red-flagged.
