Edmonton Oilers star Connor McDavid scored his 1000th career point with a one-timer set up by Leon Draisaitl in Thursday's matchup against the Nashville Predators.
At 2:44 of the second period, McDavid buried a one-timer from the right circle during a 2-on-1 rush with Draisaitl for a snapshot goal. Draisaitl handed the puck to McDavid as memorabilia after his landmark goal.
