Cleveland Browns defensive star Myles Garrett took a hit to the face in the first half against the Kansas City Chiefs. While trying to get close to Patrick Mahomes, the reigning Defensive Player of the Year was met by left tackle Joe Thuney, who stopped him but the aftermath of the play raised plenty of eyebrows around the league.
