Leafs forward William Nylander and his brother Alex Nylander made history on Sunday, becoming the fifth set of brothers to play together for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Their father, Michael, and sister, Ella, were in attendance at Scotiabank Arena as the Leafs secured a 3-2 comeback win over Utah HC.
William scored his 14th goal of the season on the night which turned out to be the game-winner, tying him for sixth in franchise history for career game-winning goals. Alex, newly called up from the AHL Marlies, made his Leafs debut and even joined his brother on a power-play shift with their family watching from the stands.
