Willy Adames shared the frame with Giants legend and current President of Baseball Operations, Buster Posey, during his introduction ceremony in Oracle Park on Thursday. This is reportedly the largest deal in Giants' history, as they have tied down the starting shortstop to a seven-year, $182 million deal.
Additionaly, the deal contains a no full trade clause and $22 million signing bonus. Adames will be pocketing a salary of $10 million in the first two years and $28 million in the next five. Adames shared his feelings after meeting Buster Posey at the ceremony on Thursday, posting on social media.

Speaking with gratitude at the introduction ceremony and thanking the front office staff for working out the deal, Adames voiced his excitement to play under manager Bob Melvin and hopes to win some championships like Giants legendary catcher Buster Posey.
