Michael Schumacher's Ferrari 248 is set to go on auction at a whopping $15,000,000. This car was the last Ferrari F1 car that the German legend drove before he left the team and took a sabbatical from the sport.
The iconic machine will be going on RM Sotheby's auction in November. The exorbitant price tag is because the car was Ferrari Classiche Certified in 2008 since the original owner bought it directly from the Italian giants.
In the 2006 F1 season, Michael Schumacher had a fierce title battle with young Fernando Alonso, who was already a reigning world champion from 2005, dethroning Schumacher after 2004. This year, Schumacher was only able to win seven races out of 19 and scored 121 points, while Alonso took his second championship with 134 points.
