Juan Soto's free agency saga came to an end in record-breaking fashion as the superstar slugger has signed an MLB-record 15-year $765,000,000 deal with the New York Mets.

MLB insider Jeff Passan first broke the news on Sunday and the reports were confirmed by other sources too. Soto's deal broke the largest contract in MLB history, set by the Los Angeles Dodgers' $700 million offer over 10 years for Shohei Ohtani last offseason.

Juan Soto's deal also included a $75 million signing bonus.
