Former NHL forward and current analyst/podcaster Paul Bissonnette was assaulted by a group of six unruly patrons at an Arizona restaurant last month. He was attempting to intervene when the group of men began getting physically and verbally abusive with the restaurant staff.
During his weekly appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers lauded Bissonnette's actions, while McAfee himself expressed how proud he was that Bissonnette happened to be at the restaurant to come to the staff's defense.
Rodgers began by calling Bissonnette a legend, leading to the enthusiastic endorsement of the former NHL player by McAfee.
